I have waited a long time for the right subject matter to work this way again. This "sculpt-a-painting" is a combination of relief sculpture and traditional painting technique. I am very happy with the results and will post a better photo later when the paint is fully dry. The four smaller images to the left show the 3D sculpting of the sides top and bottom.
